As owner of our successful company Bruce has many years of experience in the building industry. Following in the footsteps of his father he has continued to transform a successful family business into an outstanding one. His main strength is his very personal approach to all his client relationships. He has a unique understanding of the complexities that often come with the building industry & makes it his goal to ensure all clients have the best experience in what can often be stressful time.

Lisa Matson Director
Also co-owner of our company Lisa is in charge of all aspects of office administration. She oversees all marketing requirements & is the creative backbone of our company. Her philosophy is “The importance of having a united team” & believes in looking after her staff & keeping morale high.

Greg Ingham Senior Site Manager
Our most experienced member of staff Greg has been with us for many years. Greg has extensive experience in the commercial building industry and is more than qualified to manage our residential & commercial sites. He has excellent communication skills & a successful report with all our clients.

Vadim Tavleev Maintenance Manager
Vadim brings a diverse array of skills to Matson Construction & he is one of our most flexible employees. Known for his “hardworking, get the job done, can do” attitude, Vadim has also completed his national certificate in carpentry & also has a current site safe passport.
